Insight Incremental ETL is Stuck in Iteration 3 (Doc ID 1553692.1)

Symptoms

The Insight ETL seems to be stuck in iteration 3 since the past 9 hrs. From the Database its evident that the script is trying to analyze a table and it seems to show the time elapsed as 10100 secs.

Customer has done meddra upgrade and ran incremental ETL
