Symptoms
The Symptoms of this issue occur when a User has clicked the "KPI Specific" view on the Common Dispatcher Interface (CDI), and then clicks the "Back to all KPI's" hyperlink. When the "Back to all KPI's" hyperlink is clicked, the user sees a blank Business Process Assistant (BPA) text window displayed.
