Symptoms

After AMM enables the job and sends a notification "HoldCDRProcessing" to pipeline, pipeline sends the acknowledgement back to AMM "ACKHoldCDRProcessing".

We observed that "HoldCDRProcessing" message is getting published to all the Rating Pipelines along with Router Queue.
Following is Queue Configuration for account sync.
