Symptoms

Customer is still experiencing issues with versioning, specifically with multiple cartridges, XML Catalog and external resources. While performing changes like:

1. Adding Elements, Modifying or Removing data elements changes are not reflecting in latest version of the orders.

2. Changes in Order Recognition Rules, where data element are defaulted with some values are not reflecting correctly

3. Changing external xquery code
