Objectel Client Doesn't Show The All Facilities Inside Network Link In "Sub Circuit Implementation" (Doc ID 1554698.1)

Symptoms

There is a problem when building the path of a network during a circuit creation.
If there is more than one facility assigned to a network, then only the lowest occupation facility is available for selection during the circuit creation.

The bellow scenario demonstrate the problem behavior:

1 - Assuming that there is a Network path, in which there are 2 or more available facilities, for example: Facility_1 = 10% usage; Facility_2 = 30% usage; Facility_3 = 50% usage;

2 - Once the user tries to create a circuit that goes through the Network path mentioned in step 1, the Functional Equipment Gap Resolution Window will list only the lowest facility usage for section, in this case Facility_1.
