Information in this document applies to any platform.
Specific users are unable to print reports but can execute batch validation as well as view the output (their Middle Tier Account can communicate with their Unix account).
They have previously been able able to print reports with out any errors.
You have checked the users settings compared them to all to the users and everything seems to be fine.
According to the Reports Server Queue Status when the users try to print DCF's or Admin reports they get the report server queue status records this error message:
Terminated with Error :
Unable to connect to the specified database.
