Demantra Level Member Not Updated To New Format And Duplicate Data After Running Update Location Level Codes. How to fix the Levels?

Goal

Customer has applied the patch Patch 9830310 and followed the read me in the patch for the bug:Bug 13108129 - DUPLICATE CUSTOMER ISSUE IN DEMANTRA
They followed the below mentioned steps from the readme:
Ran the program 'Update Location Level Codes' available under the 'Demand Management System Administrator' responsibility.

The navigation is:
Demand Management System Administrator
-> Other -> Requests
-> Submit a New Request -> Single Request

Parameter - i. Instance - Select the source instance


The program did update the following -

  1. t_ep_site, t_ep_ebs_account, t_ep_ebs_customer, t_ep_ebs_tp_zone, t_ep_ebs_supplier
  2. The profile 'MSD_DEM: Use new Site code format' was set to 'Yes'.



However they have some level codes in theses tables that are still not updated. How do they fix those levels codes now.

The readme of the patch mentions this:

  1. The program does not remove duplicates. Hence if any duplicate is present, they should be manually removed before the program is run.
  2. It is possible that after running the program, some level member codes are not updated to the new format. This can happen due to missing data in EBS/ODS etc. Such level members should be either manually updated or removed from Demantra.



How to update manually in Demantra. There are 45 rows in t_ep_customer table, 559 rows in t_ep_ebs_account and 1657 records in t_ep_site table which are not updated.
