Central Coding Fails after CC Database Users Migrate to Different Database Instance/Server - ORA-00942 (Doc ID 1555279.1)

Central Coding fails after CC db users migrate to different db instance/server.

The error from event log shows:
Exception Type: Platform.Storage.Exceptions.DBProviders.Messages.DbProviderException MessageId: DBReadError ResourceArguments: 0: 1: SELECT COUNT(*) AS resultCount FROM (SELECT llt_code, llt_name FROM <customer mnemonic for cc>MedDRA151.l_low_level_term WHERE UPPER(llt_name) = UPPER('<value>')) 2:  Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleException ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.


 DB users are migrated to different db instance/server.
