Altering a Control Plan in the Wallet Life Cycle (WLC) Screens is Not Possible Once the WLC has Been Defined (Doc ID 1556253.1)

Symptoms

In the following Service Managment System (SMS Screens): Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Wallet Management -> Wallet life Cycle tab

Edit an existing Wallet Life Cycle (WLC) plan, change its control plan (either entry or backout) for any period previously defined, and click the [Save] button to commit the modification.

No error message is displayed, indicating the action performed has been successful.  Reopening the screen will shows the previous control plan is still configured and control plan change silently failed.
