Objectel 2.10.3.2 Not Starting Error Libclntsh.so.10.1 (Doc ID 1556453.1)

Symptoms

The Objectel Server process is not starting.

To reproduce the issue:

1. Install Oracle 11.2 Client in Solaris environment
2. Install Objectel 2.10.3.2
3. Configure the Objectel database and Objectel config file.
4. Execute "java -jar ConfigUtil.jar OBJECTEL_HOME/config/config_file.txt"
5. Execute the Objectel startup script (OBJECTEL_HOME/runXXX.sh)

As result the follwing error is show:
“ObjectelServer: fatal: libclntsh.so.10.1: open failed: No such file or directory”
