osdWsdlRegenerator Fails to Write New WSDLs After Installation (Doc ID 1556588.1)

Symptoms

In NCC (Network Charging and Control) 5.0.0.1, when attempting to generate WSDLs (Web Services Description Language) associated with an OSD-invokable Control Plan, the following error occurs:

This error occurs for any/all new WSDLs generated by the osdWsdlRegenerator.
