The performance of the beVWARS process on VWS (Voucher and Wallet Server) when running basic voice calls scenarios is highly decreased after installing NCC (Network Charging and Control) version 18.104.22.168 (Intrepid Patchset 2).
This performance hit is only visible if one upgrades from 22.214.171.124 directly to 126.96.36.199 without installing patchset 1 before (188.8.131.52).
Upgrade to Network Charging and Control release 5 patchset 2 without installing patchset 1 before.
