Database Lock Errors Occurring when Many Users Perform Workbook Operations (Doc ID 1556743.1)

Symptoms

During testing of 20+ users trying to open workbooks, including one user opening a very large workbook of 5Gb, lock contention is occurring.  All users are performing READ only operations (no committing).

The rpas.log for the Fusion Client shows the following:
