Engine Error HRESULT=0X800706BE Remote Procedure Call Failed (Doc ID 1557175.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.3.1.4 version, Engine

When attempting to run the Engine
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
WARNING EngineHeartBeatMonitor detected frozen Engine process at stage: 2 for more than 1800 seconds
WARNING EngineHeartBeatMonitor terminating!!!
WARNING EngineHeartBeatMonitor terminating the engine run!!!
ERROR Engine (ID: 1) on machine localhost failed to execute Branch: 2 successfully. HRESULT=0x800706be - The remote procedure call failed.
Engine (ID: 1) on machine localhost was successfully created and initialized


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Demantra Engine Administrator
2. Run Engine



NOTE:

Another symptom of this timeout issue is  that the timestamp between the last two rows is exactly 30 minutes. Specially this is happening on high level.
