SMQ Terms Not Available in AERS Query Screen (Doc ID 1557248.1)

Symptoms

In AERS 4.6.2 instance, even after loading the SMQ dictionary per the dictionary loading notes , the SMQ terms are not appearing in the query screen of AERS .

1. Navigate to the Query subsystem.
2. Select Events from the Query Window drop-down menu.
3. Double-click in the SMQ Search Term field.

No records to retrieve.
