ORS v1 StartGeo Error Stating 'CodePoint data file must be given' (Doc ID 1557364.1)

Goal

installed ORS 1.13.2 version in Linux OS. After completion of required setup/installation, while starting the Geo service with "startGeo" command, below error is displayed

[server1@mydomain xyz]$ startGeo
Starting geoserver, please wait..
[1] 24515
[server1@mydomain xyz]$ GEO515 23/04/13 06:16:13.72 GC: Extending hash-table capacity to 16384 objects
GEO515 23/04/13 06:16:13.72 CodePoint data file must be given^J

Why is this error encountered?
