Symptoms


When the Remark Codes are updated in the Service Request Closure view and the SR is set to "Closed" status, these codes are not updated in CCB via PIP Integration when the SR is Closed.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Pull up a Service Request
2. Finish the Service Request
3. Enter Remark Codes in the Service Request Closure View
4. Set the Service Request to Closed
5. Remarks are not updated in CC&B
