Symptoms
After implementing the Oracle Network Management System (NMS) 1.10.0.6.7 patch bundle, the use of -enableodscache to the corbagateway command-line option should have resulted in the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) Request List taking less time to populate than before. Note with this option more memory will be used. When the AMR Request List is initially launched, it is taking several minutes if there are thousands of active requests.
