Goal

This document describes the configuration changes required for server name or IP Address, when cloning an existing system from one machine to another, in order to allow all components of Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (P6 EPPM) r8.1 and later releases to function correctly.

This instruction is written with the assumption that the act of cloning a server has already been completed.  There are also many interpretations of cloning environments, and this instruction is written for configuration steps required when "cloning" servers to create new servers that contain enabling technologies supported by P6 EPPM.
