Wrong SOH Calculation in case of Inventory Adjustment is Late Posted, After Stock Count is Processed

Symptoms

Late inventory adjustment after stock take variance has been approved updates stock on hand incorrectly.

Instructions to Re-create:

1.Note the current VDATE.
2.Ensure that the item/location being counted has an SOH of > 0. Perform an inventory adjustment as necessary.
3. Create a Stock Count. Inventory Management --> Stock count --> New -->Request (Ensure that the Date is 2 days beyond the current VDATE) .
4. Advance VDATE to one day before the STAKE_HEAD.STOCKTAKE_DATE.
5.Run stkxpld.pc.
6.Advance VDATE to the STAKE_HEAD.STOCKTAKE_DATE.
7.Run stkupd.pc.
8.Advance VDATE ahead by one day.
9.Create Physical Stock Count. Inventory Management -->Stock Count--> New -->Count Quantity.
10.Create adjustment for the dept/class/subclass/location. Inventory Management -->Stock Count --> Dollars Change/Ledger Adjust.
11.Create variance. Inventory Management--> Stock Count --> Unit Variance and Adjustment.
12.Run stkvar.pc.
13.Create a Late Inventory Adjustment by running rmssub_invadjus.sql   RIB Script with date before Stock Count Date Observe that even though the stock count has been completed, the late  inventory adjustment causes the stock on hand in ITEM_LOC_SOH to be updated.
