The customer is seeing intermittent timeouts in IPSA when trying to configure a particular Juniper device.

This seems to happen after a "commit confirm 4", "commit" or "commit synchronise".

The following fault is generated:

Device configuration could not be applied - transaction failed (%1%) [%2%]","|s|Device communications error - could not find prompt|s
