Symptoms

There is no possibility to have OCSG to dynamically set Type Of Number (TON) and Numbering Plan Indicator (NPI) parameters of the SUBMIT_SM messages forwarded towards
external SMS-C based on the specific destination number of the Submit_SM message itself.

In particular, the requested dynamic settings are:
• International mobile number
  o TON = international (1)
  o NPI = 1
• Domestic mobile number
  o TON = unknown (0)
  o NPI = 1
• Short codes
  o TON = unknown (0)
  o NPI = 1
• Alphanumeric phone
  o TON=5 (alphanumeric)
  o NPI= unknown (0)
