On : Billing And Revenue Management (BRM) version, with the following specific versions on a siebel-brm integration setup :

Siebel CRM

Issue is that the change of contact information in Siebel is not correctly populated in BRM.

Scenario :

There is an account with two contacts:
1. Siebel has a contact with phone number, as the primary contact which is successfully updated in BRM.
2. Siebel makes a new contact without phone number, as the primary.
Then FMW sends the request without phone number to BRM, but phone number of previous contact still appears in new contact (Without phone number) in BRM.
