Approval Logs get Deleted when Canceling a Requisition in Pending Approval Status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Start with a Requisition in Pending Approval Status.
2.Confirm there is at least 1 Route in COMPLETE Status in the Approval Routing View and that the Requisition has a recorded Approval showing in the Approval Log.
3.Now change the Requisition Status to Canceled from Pending Approval.
4.Then go look at the Approval Log – it’s empty.
