Errors During Argus 7.0.2 DB Upgrade - RELSYS_TMP_UPG does not exist (Doc ID 1558557.1)

Goal

During the process of upgrading our Argus Safety 7.0.1 database to 7.0.2 an error related to the creation of the user RELSYS_TMP_UPG appears.

Log shows
-- Database Date and Time: 18-MAR-2013 11:51:38AM
-- Dropping Temporary User for Upgrade RELSYS_TMP_UPG
drop user relsys_tmp_upg cascade
Error Dropping User (Ignore if does not exist): SQL execution error, ORA-01918: user 'RELSYS_TMP_UPG' does not exist

Does this have any impact on the upgrade?
