Symptoms
PROBLEM DEFINITION:
Users reporting that Connection Reconciliation is not kicking automatically when a Network System is added to the Connection Design for a ST01 facility
circuit riding an OC12 Network.
Prior to that the existing Network System was deleted/removed due to business reasons.
WORKAROUND
==========
Reconcile the facility assignment in the rider circuit by removing and then
adding back the facility block to the design, as in the following sample:
