Purpose

This article aims to explain on how the SCCP Address Indicator is encoded in ITU-T & ANSI variants as well as How Network Charging & Control (NCC) shall handle any failure condition on validating the SCCP Address.

Scope

This article only focus on the encoding of SCCP Address Indicator and it's correlation with M3UA Sigtran Interface.
