SCA Interface Crashes when Started with DEBUG Flag "misc" (Doc ID 1558936.1)

Symptoms

On Network Charging and Control (NCC) version 4.4.0, the SIP Control Agent (SCA) dumps core files with back traces similar to the one pasted below.
