Symptoms

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC), version 5.0.0.0.

When attempting to access the Customer Care Portal (CCP) using an URL like http://<SMS address>/ccp/index.html, after a successful authentication, the CCP fails to load with the following Java exception :
