Symptoms

After E2B file is imported via Argus Interchange, the resulting row cannot be accepted in the E2B Pending worklist. In the error summary we see the following error:

Error in CFG_E2B.AE_USER_PROC for Profile ICH-ICSR V2.1 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - EMEA, DTD Element MEDICINALPRODUCT
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
