Goal

 On :  12.1.3 version, ATP based on planning data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When scheduling a sales order line for an item which has planning time fence defined as total lead time, the non working days are not accounted for.
When doing the same for an item having PTF as user defined, the non-working days are accounted for.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Non-working days should be accounted for in both cases

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Order management
1. define item which has PTF as total lead time, processing lead time is entered in the item master. Item is buy item
2. schedule sales order (ATP based on planning output)
