Symptoms
On NCC (Network Charging and Control) 4.4.1+, when using a "Play Voucher Redeemed Information/Balance" Feature Node (PVRB FN) to inform a Subscriber of what balance types were updated, the order of the announcements played are not consistent.
For example, if a Voucher Type contains multiple balances eg. General Cash and Free SMS, then there is no way to control the order which the values for those particular balances are substituted when playing announcements with substituted variable parts.
