Invalid Or Expired Session error when Logging into the EIP

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When navigating in the web application users are occasionally logged out, even when active, and directed to the login page. The following error message is displayed:
Invalid or expired session. 0x90000a02 in (1) /lodestar/Classic/ccs/logout.asp
When the user tries to login again it is not possible and they have to close the web browser window and open a new one in order to do so.
