11.5.10 in Production and Test with patch ASCP engine Rollup #40 - 9254001

We are running capacity constrained plan in ASCP, and promising against plan with GOP.  Some sales orders for configuration items are being scheduled out in the plan i.e. the plan is recommending new schedule ship date.

For example 9-Nov, where as the components of the configuration are pegged to on-hand, and therefore the existing schedule ship date of 5-sep, could have been met as all the components are on-hand.

A rough calculation of resources shows that in worst case scenario if issue was capacity related then there is plenty free capacity towards end of september, and therefore November is too far out.
The Material Availability date (MAD) in the planners workbench of the configuration line shows 9-nov, however each of the configurations 3 components are pegged to on-hand.  So it seems however the plan has calculated wrong MAD date. We need to understand what is driving the recommendation for reschedule.

Run planning cycle
examine plan results

orders will be satisfied at earlier possible date and not delayed

cannot ship on time even when we have on hand available to meet demand
