Incremental ETL FAILED to complete with the following error:
 
 Total ETL Time => 0 Hours 16 Mins 4 Seconds
 
 ETL Start Time => 04-JUN-2013 11:00:11 PM
 ETL End Time => 04-JUN-2013 11:16:15 PM
 
 Error Message = ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL
