Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The drop-down selection for Item (Workbook, Form, Dashboard) or Portfolio (Investor Map, Scorecard) is not retaining the expanded hierarchy of the last item or portfolio selected.

Scenario: In the Forms module I want to select a single item to display in the Form. I click the 'Item' drop-down and navigate several layers to where I see a portfolio and all of it's items. I see the item I want to display in the Form so I click it ana then the 'Item' drop-down is closed and the item I selected is displayed on the Form. After completing work on this item, I not want to select a different item that is within the same portfolio where I selected the previous item. I click the 'Item' drop-down again and I'm not taken to an expanded portfolio which I last accessed. Instead, all the top level portfolios are shown (nothing expanded to where I last left off).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The 'Item' or 'Portfolio' drop-down always takes me to where I last left off (portfolio containing the item I just worked on).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an item using the 'Item' drop-down in a module (exa: Forms).
2. Navigate to a different module or stay on the same module and again click the 'Item' drop-down to select an item.
3. The portfolio hierarchy is collapsed and does not take you back to where you last selected an item.
