OSM Correlation Id Not Deleted After The Completion Of Orders (Doc ID 1559972.1)

Goal

The Order is closed and yet the correlation Id is still in OM_AUTOMATION_CORRELATION table.This problem was observed before and this was fixed in OSM 7.0.1 patch 12
This problem is being observed again in OSM 7.0.1 patch 19.
