While invoking the XAI inbound service “D2-DetermineEstimatedAndHighLowScalarReadings”, if the estimation result is "0", then the high/low boundaries is returned as "0". It should be based on the Previous Reading.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Invoke the XAI Inbound Service “D2-DetermineEstimatedAndHighLowScalarReadings” with the required data (The measuring component/VEE Group configuration used should be such that the estimation consumption returned is “0”.)
  2. In the response the output with the High-Low boundary readings would be set as “0”.
