"Change Password" Function In Collection Center Not Functioning

Install Collection Center from "16687429-7.4PS17-CollectionsCtr_official.zip" on Windows 7 PC, "Change Password" Function is not working correctly.


Steps to reproduce.

1. Logged into Collection Center.

2. Go to File/Change Password, enter the existing password and a bad new one and receive nothing OR enter the existing password and a valid new one and receive nothing.

3. Enter only 2 or 3 characters, There is no message saying that the password is small( if need to be)

There are no CM log, nor Collection Center javaCC.log at all for either to trace.

Expected  Result: Appropriate message need to displayed.
