OrderID Jump Issue in OSM with Cluster Configurations (Doc ID 1561414.1)

Purpose

This document describes all the causes observed so far of the “Order ID Jump” issue and their resolutions. A fix for the issue has been made available in OSM 7.2.0.7 patch (see below for list of available patches), and Oracle strongly recommends that this patch be applied to the target environment. However, due to the difficulty in reproducing the issue there is a  difficulty in confirming the efficacy of the fix with certainty.
