Goal

When taking some actions on user accounts, such as user creation, modification, access service creation, product provisioning etc. we can notice the locks on parent account balance group object in the database. We'd like to know what is the reason for such locking and if it is possible to bypass this in case we do not have any functionality build upon parent account balance group (such as sharing services, sponsorship etc.). This causes problems especially when two different processes such as billing and CRM requests processing run simultaneously.
