Purpose

FAQ about the issue of  not getting synced with the rating Pipeline, if both rating and re-rating Pipelines are running simultaneously.

The scenario has been re-tested by stopping the re-rating Pipelines, and then the sync works fine.

Questions and Answers
 When both rating & re-rating Pipelines are up, why is it that prepaid account events are picked up from the sync queue by rating Pipeline whereas postpaid account events are picked up by re-rating Pipeline? Is there any configuration for this ?
 In production system, do we have to always keep re-rating Pipeline down & start only when required ? Can both work together ?
 If we run both rating and re-rating pipelines together, then will this be resolved by using a separate queue for rating and re-rating ?
