Accessing Shared Custom Report Fails with :"Node 9511 Does Not Exist In The Cache. It May Have Been Deleted Already "

On : 126.96.36.199 version, Custom reports
When attempting to access a shared report
the following error occurs.
Node 9511 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Report, go to Historical tab
2. Select Share with user and randomly add users
3. Report folder cannot be open and users cannot access it
