Batch Validation Ends With Message Indicating Patients Were Skipped (Doc ID 1562610.1)

Last updated on APRIL 30, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Clinical - Version 4.6.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

During the execution of batch validations, the following message always appears at the end of the output file.

Data for XX patient(s) was either modified or skipped due to locking

Another possible symptom is that subsequent executions of the batch validations session yields the same results (i.e. the same number or greater of patient(s) appearing as being modified or skipped due to locking).

The results of the following SQL, when executed immediately at the end of the batch validation session, will contain the patients updated during the execution of BVS.
