Cannot Start A Crew Shift If Resource Leave Scheduled Later In The Day (Doc ID 1562689.1)

Symptoms

We have added an Employee Exception Hour (15:00 to 15:45) without an address that is transferred to ORS as a POU of Type SIEBEL_EMPLOYEE_LEAVE which has a POU BO of type 'Resource Leave'. This leave also means that the shift is not visible on the CDI.

When attempting to start the shift we get the following error message:

"At least one mobile worker is required
If you need support please supply the following info to system support:
Message number: 11503, 10697"
