Goal

While upgrading the application from 11.10.5.2 to 12.1.1, worker 2 failed at MSDXWDEVKIT.sql script and when they review adworker001.log they found the following:
Start time for file is: Tue Jun 18 2013 16:05:10

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u01/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/msd/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/MSDXWDEVKIT.sql
