Value In End Usage At End Assembly Of An Item In MRP Workbench (Doc ID 1563200.1)

Goal

The end usage of a item is not per the Bill setup. Why is this happening ?

Path:
(MRP) Material Planning\MRP\Workbench

In MRP Workbench select lowest level Item, The field End Usage has the value 2 and  it should be 4 per the quantities in the bil
