RP1 Did Not Change .jar Files In DOMAIN_HOME/modules

Symptoms
The .jar files in DOMAIN_HOME/modules were not changed by RP1.
Installed RP1 with the following entry in install_patch.properties:
DOMAIN_LIST=/var/ocsc/domains/ssudomain,/var/ocsc/domains/pnAdomain,/var/ocsc/domains/pnBdomain,/var/ocsc/domains/pnCdomain
But the files in directories
/var/ocsc/domains/ssudomain/modules
/var/ocsc/domains/pnAdomain/modules
/var/ocsc/domains/pnBdomain/modules
/var/ocsc/domains/pnCdomain/modules
did not change, why?
