A Stopped Batch Validation Job Continues To Run On Schedule (Doc ID 1563854.1)

Goal

There was a scheduled Batch Validation job for a study that ran during the study process.
The study was then frozen prior to stopping the scheduled job, and the job still is running.

The step of stopping the batch job in Admin > PSUB/Report Jobs > Batch Jobs was done for the study's job id (after study frozen), yet the batch job continues to run on the scheduled basis - the status is 'STOPPED'

Is there a way to stop the batch job?
