"GetConfiguration" Request of UIM "Service Fulfillment WS (SFWS)" Not Returning the details of Child Items Configuration Details \ Ports \ DIs Details.

Goal
GetConfiguration request from UIM Fulfillment WS(SFWS) does not get any information about physical port or logical ports associated with the Place.
As per UIM developer's guide "ENTITY_CONFIGURATION_EXPANDED" returns the entity, configuration, and any child configurations.
Say for example:
You have service model which is part of Metro Ethernet Technlogy Pack - 7.2.2
Service Model is
service configuration Se_1_1 -> Metro Ethernet Service -> PortBased service configuration -> configItem is Termination-List->EthernetAccessTermination and its specification option is Place entity 'EthernetTermination'. Place Configuration of 'EthernetTermination' is 'EthernetTerminationConfig'. Two config items of 'EthernetTerminationConfig' are'CPE-Interface' and 'EVC-VLAN-Resources'.
Each config item has specification and its characteristics and its child configurations.
Understanding is GetConfiguration' of SFWS with "response level = ENTITY_CONFIGURATION_EXPANDED" is not returning details of'EthernetTerminationConfig' place configuration associated to a service and child configurations details such as deviceinterface, UNI-N-InterfaceRole, EVC-VLAN-Resources, EVC-Map, EVCMapSErvice etc.
